This week is The Zero Hour (with host Rod Serling), is chapter 5 of their story, Desperate Witness. Previous two months have Chapters 1-4.

There are vastly different dates for The Zero Hour episodes, so I'm not going to give any date, but I believe this aired close to the end of 1973 (some sites say 1974).
